IT may not quite be the Olympics - but these youngsters took to the track for a fun day of sport in Intake.
Dozens of children aged 11 and 12 took part in athletics and other games on the Danum School sports fields.
The Olympics-inspired activities centred around the lower school site.
The event saw qualifying heats held in the morning session, followed by the finals in the afternoon.
All of the events matched some of the traditional Olympics favourites, such as the 100m sprint and team relay races with batons.
The event marked National School Sports Day, which was set up to ask children to pledge to achieve a personal best in an Olympic or Paralympic Sport.
