Up-and-coming artists will take to the stage this weekend as part of the popular Tramlines festival.
On Saturday afternoon The Moor will showcase a number of young singers and songwriters who are part of group Young Music in Sheffield.
The group helps to support and promote musical talent in the area.
Natalie Beard, director at Young Music, said: “It’s a great event that brings the local community together and means that our artists have the opportunity to perform to new audiences.”
The line up includes Chloe-Jade Simmons who will perform a mix of up-beat tunes and slower, more reflective song, folk musician Syd Hux and Tom Donaldson-Badger, a young tenor.
Acoustic artist Daniel Horsham, progressive rock band Traffic Wire, Connor Spray, R&B vocalist Laura Erby and multi-instrumentalist Max Restaino are also performing.
Sandra Barley, Centre Liaison Manager for The Moor, said: “The city has a reputation for producing independent music and great musicians. We are really glad to be able to help showcase the next generation of performers.”
