A DONCASTER man has been banned from a woodland after being caught exposing himself to children from a nearby school.

Alan Hill, aged 37, of Barrett Road, Cantley, was also given a six month prison sentence, suspended for two years, when he appeared before the town’s magistrates.

He was arrested after a lengthy police investigation and pleaded guilty to offences of outraging public decency.

A South Yorkshire Police spokesman said the offences all happened in March.

Hill was seen indecently exposing himself and committing a sexual act in the woods, close to McAuley Catholic High School in Acacia Road, Cantley.

The court also imposed a restraining order which bans Hill from going on the Kirk Moor Plantation until May 2013.
