Woman told to ‘f**k off back home’ in racist incident in Chesterfield town centre

Police have released further details about a racist incident in Chesterfield town centre.

Between 9.30am and 10am on Wednesday, September 30, a couple were arguing on Burlington Street.

A pregnant woman was passing by when she was racially abused by the woman and sworn at by the man.

A Derbyshire police spokesman said: “The victim looked at the couple and the man said, ‘what are you f***ing looking at’?

“Then the woman went up to the victim and said, ‘I’ll smash your f***ing face in, f**k off back home, you f***ing P**i’.”

The man was white and wearing a baseball cap with headphones over the top. He was carrying a drawstring bag over his shoulder.

The woman was white and around 5ft 6in tall. She was of large build and had long blonde hair. She was wearing a black jacket with a dark top underneath, black bottoms and Ugg type boots.
