A WHEELIE bin was set on fire deliberately outside a house on Raeburn Road, Gleadless Valley, Sheffield.
Firefighters managed to douse the flames before they spread. Two occupants in the property at the time, at 2.45am yesterday, escaped unharmed.
An arsonist was also to blame for an outhouse going up in flames on Wordsworth Avenue, Ecclesfield, Sheffield, at 6pm on Monday.
And a paper recycling bank was set ablaze on Queen Street, Goldthorpe, Barnsley, at 10pm on Monday.
