Snow could be on its way to South Yorkshire again after the Met Office issued a yellow weather warning for snow and ice for the area.
The weather experts have issued the warning for Monday (February 23), covering the entire day.
Other regions such as North and West Yorkshire are also included in the warning.
The forecast said: “Frequent hail, sleet and snow showers are expected on Monday. Accumulation of 3-8 cm are possible to low levels across Scotland and Northern Ireland, whilst up to 15 cm of snow can be expected over higher ground. “Across northern England accumulations to low levels are likely to be transient, whilst on hills 6-10 cm of snow is possible. Winds will be strong at times, with gusts to over 50 mph on coasts and hills.
“The public should be aware of the risk of disruption to travel and for hazardous driving conditions at times.
“A deep area of low pressure is expected to become slow-moving to the north of Scotland on Monday. A strong and cold westerly flow on its southern flank is expected to bring frequent showers to many parts, these falling as hail, sleet and snow in the warning area.
“Accumulating snow can be expected early and late at low levels, especially in Northern Ireland and Scotland, whilst snow is likely to accumulate above about 200 m throughout. Lightning could be an additional hazard.”
The last two months has seen several snow showers hit Sheffield, including on Boxing Day and on January 29. See the slideshow here: SNOW PHOTOS SLIDESHOW
