Waterfall freezes during icy blast in Peak District

These wonderful icicles were formed when the whole of a 30 metre waterfall froze solid.

At 2,087 ft the cascade – known as Kinder Downfall – is the only mountain in the Derbyshire Peak District and blows up hill in strong winds.
