MOTORISTS using Sheffield Parkway face disruption for a second weekend in a row because of lane closures tomorrow.

MOTORISTS using Sheffield Parkway face disruption for a second weekend in a row because of lane closures tomorrow.

The slow lane out of the city will be shut between 5am and noon, during which exit slip roads will be restricted and entry slip roads closed between Park Square and Prince of Wales Road.

Between midday and 6pm, the outside lane on the city-bound carriageway will be closed.

Ongoing work means there will be temporary signals on Middlewood Road, Hillsborough, daily until Friday, November 4.

There are stop-go boards on Station Road, Woodhouse, until Monday and on Weedon Street, Brightside, until Tuesday.

Today and tomorrow, there will be stop-go boards on Orgreave Road, Handsworth.

Tomorrow, there will be stop-go boards or temporary traffic lights at Nile Street, Crookes; Northfield Road, Crookes; Sandygate Road, Crosspool; Badger Road, Woodhouse; Beighton Road, Woodhouse; Clarkehouse Road, Broomhill; Whitham Road, Broomhill; Woodhouse Road, Intake; Main Road, Darnall; Handsworth Road, Handsworth; and Staniforth Road, Darnall.

Also tomorrow, Penistone Road North, Owlerton, will have a lane closed.

Firshill Crescent and Firshill and Hinde House Crescents in Firth Park, are shut from tomorrow until Wednesday due to resurfacing work.

And from Monday to Wednesday, there will be stop-go boards on Silkstone Road, Frecheville, and Moor Oakes Road, Broomhill.
