Hundreds of people are set to take part in Jane Tomlinson’ Peak District Walk tomorrow.
Participants will take their pick of a five, 14 or 25 mile course, all of which set off from the village of Hope near Castleton.
The different routes will take in spectacular Peak District views including the Ladybower Reservoir, the Edale Valley, Jacobs Ladder, The Lord’s Seat and Mam Tor.
It is the second time Walk for All has been held in the Peak District.
Jane’s daughter Rebecca said the Peak District meant a lot to her late mother – a famous charity fundraiser who studied in Sheffield.
She said: “The Peak District is one of my favourite parts of the world.
“I have great memories of it because we used to come to the Peaks on holidays when we were children. It always reminds me of happy times.”
Walkers taking part in the 25-mile Dambuster walk will start at 7.30am, while those doing the 14-mile Hope and Glory route will meet at 9.30 am and the five-mile Mini Trecker walkers start at 10.30am.
