A fell runner who injured his ankle was helped by the very people he is raising money for later in the year - Edale Mountain Rescue.
Volunteers were called to help the runner when he hurt himself while training for the fundraising race later in the year at Burbage Edge on Monday.
While they were helping him, they were also called out to help a woman who injured her back while walking near Wheelstones on Derwent Edge.
The day before an 18-year-old girl on a Duke of Edinburgh Award expedition had to be winched from a stream by an RAF Sea King helicopter before being flown to hospital in Sheffield.
She had injured her spine in a fall down Blackden Brook.
And on Saturday, the team was called to help a climber who had collapsed at Stanage Edge.
The climber had to be flown to hospital by air ambulance.
