Shrove Tuesday was yesterday - but this pancake-coloured treat could last you a lifetime.
Tara the tan and white Staffi is adorably sweet and contains all the ingredients for a recipe for happiness.
RSPCA Sheffield Branch’s acting animal care manager Tammy Wilson said: “Tara deserves some pampering and loving attention in a permanent home.
“She’s a fun-loving, bouncy, bubbly girl who loves to play and enjoys a good cuddle, a treat and her soft toys. We would like Tara to be the only pet in her new home so that she can grow in confidence and skills and her owners have plenty of time to be able to guide her bubbly personality.
“Although she can be bouncy, she is very sweet and as such our assessments show that she may possibly be suitable to live with teenage children over the age of 13.”
Tara will need two half-hour walks per day along with other types of exercise and stimulated play time to keep her mind active.
The RSPCA Sheffield Branch is open every day, except Wednesday daytime, from 12.30pm until 3.30pm and it can be contacted on 0114 289 8050. As well as seeking forever animal adopters, it is also looking for foster homes for animals and for quality stock donations for its shops.
