Jessica, who is sponsored by Powerade, took on the role of interviewer as she and a film crew stopped fitness fanatics in Hyde Park.

Interviewees were led to believe they were answering questions for a programme about keeping fit – before the 27-year-old star revealed her true identity.

Jessica then handed one amateur athlete the chance of an hour’s training session led by the gold medal-winning athlete, including drills and using equipment from a medicine ball to a park bench.

The event was part of Powerade’s You Have More Power Than You Think campaign.

A Powerade spokesman said: “Jessica shows an amateur athlete he has more power than he thinks.

“This is Jessica as you’ve never seen her before: in disguise and undercover, surprising a random jogger in Hyde Park with the training session of his life.”
