Residents have raised concerns over a group of six horses that have galloped onto a stretch of motorway and have been left roaming free in a Doncaster village for two days.
The horses were spotted running through Blaxton this morning, and are believed to have been on the loose in the village since Wednesday.
Resident Mike Drury said the stable of horses have been seen galloping across the B1396 and into Hill House School's playing field.
He said: "Only time before someone is injured by galloping horses."
Doncaster Council and South Yorkshire Police have been contacted for comment.
