Queen Elsa has a grand new title after being crowned Miss South Yorkshire 2015.

Sheffield student Stephanie Hill, who works part time performing as the Frozen favourite at children’s parties, triumphed in the regional heat for Miss England.

The 20-year-old, who was born in Dore, came first out of 18 contestants at a glittering Valentine’s final at the Hilton Hotel. This is the second time the Sheffield Hallam University radiotherapy and oncology student has had a shot at Miss England, having previously won the contest’s talent round with her performance as Elsa.

Miss South Yorkshire spokesman Angie Beasley said: “​Stephanie was the top fundraiser in the competition, ​raising over £925 ​for Beauty With a Purpose. She raised funds​ in a number of ways, including holding a fashion show and social evening with ​her​ sponsors ORVIS Country Clothing.”
