Crowds gathered in Sheffield city centre this afternoon as a man scaled a building in front of nervous onlookers.
The man climbed up the scaffolding on the front of WH Smith on Fargate, and when he got right to the top he began to take photos on his mobile phone.
He spent a few minutes taking photos of the scene below.
PCSOs and South Yorkshire Police officers then turned up to speak to the man after he climbed back down.
The man is Jon Casterton, aged 31, who told The Star he scales buildings 'to keep out of trouble'.
He said: "I have ADHD and this is something to do. It keeps me out of trouble. I have been climbing forever.
"I'm not hurting anybody and I never steal anything, I just take pictures. The only person I can hurt is myself."
Jon said that police spoke to him but did not arrest him because his curfew does not take effect until 8pm.
It goes without saying but DO NOT TRY THIS YOURSELF.
