This is the dramatic moment a flying DUCK smashes into the windscreen of a car in Sheffield city centre.
The astonishing footage shows the bird swooping towards the car at full pelt, smashing into the glass with a sickening thud, before sliding down the windscreen and onto the vehicle's bonnet.
But the startled bird seems none the worse for its collision with the stationary car, hopping off the front of the vehicle before it drives off.
The footage, uploaded onto video sharing website YouTube yesterday, begins with the car driving near to Corporation Street on the city's ring road.
As the vehicle pulls up at a set of red traffic lights, two ducks can be seen circling in the distance before disappearing from view.
But then, as the driver listens to Tears For Fears' Everybody Wants To Rule The World on the car stereo, the two ducks re-appear, with one swooping straight into the passenger side of the windscreen.
The bird hits the glass and then slides down the car before making its exit, with the other bird slowly waddling across the carriageway as the vehicle slowly drives off.
It is not clear when the footage was shot, but the clip was uploaded to the site yesterday by user "smarty1988" under the heading "Bad driving dashcam sheffield duck hits windscreen lol!"
