Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of a man following the discovery of a body at a building in Sheffield.

Emergency services were called to Sheffield Hallam University’s £30 million Charles Street development on Arundel Gate at about 8.10am this morning.

The man, believed to be in his 20s, has not yet been formally identified.

A South Yorkshire Police spokesman said: “At this time the death is not believed to be suspicious, however officers are investigating the circumstances leading up to the man’s death.”

Anyone who was in the area between 1pm on Saturday, April 18 and 8am this morning are asked to contact police on 101, quoting incident number 136 of April 20, 2015.
