An estate agent is offering housing guidance to Sheffield students after announcing the launch of a new service.
Sheffield Residential will run ‘Next Steps’ seminars to help students who are looking to take their first steps into property rental.
The session will be held at its recently-refurbished West Street offices, which were opened by Coun Vicky Priestly, Lord Mayor of Sheffield.
Maz Iqbal, Sheffield Residential managing director, said: “We wanted to celebrate the launch of our new offices with some new projects to further integrate us into the Sheffield housing community and to share our expertise with young people who need support when it comes to their living arrangements.
“We have already increased the sessions with Sheffield College students due to demand and we are looking forward to providing some guidance and answering any questions they might have about renting a property.”
