A SOUTH Yorkshire vet is offering a £1,000 reward for the safe return of her two beloved pet dogs.
Nicola Mason, aged 33, of South Hiendley, near Barnsley, said she is desperate to be reunited with her Patterdale Terriers, Jess and Bramble.
The dogs burrowed their way under a fence surrounding a field where Nicola keeps horses.
She has put up over 200 posters urging anyone with information to get in touch.
Nicola, an equine vet who also works at greyhound tracks, said: “We are offering £1,000 because Jess and Bramble are part of the family, we are devastated.
“They are actually worth only around £200 or £250 but we are hoping this reward makes someone come forward.
“I have been everywhere - vets, the RSPCA, kennels, any organisation you can think of but there isn’t a joined up network, you have to contact them all individually.”
Anyone with information is asked to call 07887 843 304 or 07779 357 821.
