A major road in Sheffield has re-opened after a crash involving a lorry and a van.
The vehicles crashed on the Stocksbridge Bypass, near Langsett, at 6am today.
The National Police Air Service said it was called to the crash scene at 7.35am to 'search for possible vehicle occupants'.
The Stocksbridge Bypass was closed in both directions and re-opened just before noon.
Firefighters called to the scene had to release one man who was trapped in one of the vehicles.
He was tended to by paramedics at the scene.
South Yorkshire Police said nobody is believed to have been seriously injured.
