Two teenagers were taken to hospital and three men were arrested after a fight broke out at McDonald’s in Rotherham.

Police were called to the fast food outlet in Bridgegate, Rotherham town centre, at about 7.50pm last night (Friday) after reports of a fight.

A 15-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man were taken to hospital as a result of the incident.

Police arrested three men, aged 25, 31 and 33, for assault and public order offences, and the three remain in custody today.

The two teenagers taken to hospital were treated for minor injuries but were not thought to be seriously injured.
