Three men have appeared before magistrates in Chesterfield charged in connection with 12 burglaries across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
Adam Platts, aged 24, Ross Turton, 20, and Martyn Sedgewick, 30, are charged with conspiracy to commit burglaries and conspiracy to steal motor cars.
The charges relate to nine burglaries in Derbyshire - in Chesterfield, Dronfield, Bradwell and Hope - and three in Nottinghamshire, during which 11 cars were stolen.
The burglaries took place between May and August 2012.
The three men, who are all from South Yorkshire, appeared at North East Derbyshire and Dales Magistrates’ Court and will next appear at Nottingham Crown Court on Friday, January 18.
