SHIRT and tie swapped for running shorts and vest, Chesterfield council licensing manager Trevor Durham has raised hundreds of pounds for charity.

Trevor, aged 50, put his fitness to the test in the Bupa London 10,000 metre race which started and finished in St James’s Park, and took in some of the capital’s iconic sights.

Trevor, who has completed the race but is still collecting contributions, hopes to raise £350 for Drinkaware, so the charity can deliver national campaigns to provide consumers with the facts about alcohol.

He said: “I really admire what they do. I didn’t expect to be doing this at 50 but it feels great.”
