A FREE day of life-saving skills and water safety awareness will be held in Doncaster in June to mark the Royal Life Saving Society’s Water Safety Week.
Both adults and children have the opportunity to develop practical skills and life-saving knowledge in the event, organised by the Royal Life Saving Society’s South Yorkshire branch.
The event will be held at Dearne Valley Leisure Centre, Denaby, on Saturday, June 25, from 2pm until 6pm.
Times for each course will vary and places are limited so anyone wanting to attend will need to book in advance.

Children can to attend a two- hour rookie lifeguard session and parents can learn child and infant resuscitation.
