TICKHILL Town Council has decided not to increase residents’ council tax bills by keeping their precept for 2013-14 at the same amount as it was fixed at last year.
But councillors are looking at a substantial bill for the replacement of sand at the St Mary’s Road children’s play area, with an artificial safety surface, and funding will be needed.
