THE latest meeting of a Sheffield community group takes place in the coming week.
Broomhill Forum members will gather at St Mark’s Church in the suburb, from 4pm on Wednesday.
Items to be discussed include the forthcoming Broomhill Air Quality Symposium – a seminar on how to reduce pollution – which will be taking place on the morning of April 21 at the University Medical School, attached to the Royal Hallamshire Hospital.
Other issues for debate are plans for the new Broomhill Library, household waste collections, Glossop Road roadworks, the 120 bus route and the suburb’s parking permit scheme.
Also on the agenda for this week’s meeting is the council’s private finance initiative scheme to resurface Sheffield’s crumbling roads and pavements.
