ISSUES ranging from moorland conservation to traffic calming will be up for debate at the next meeting of Sheffield Council’s Northern Community Assembly.
The event will be at Grenoside Community Primary School, Norfolk Hill, Grenoside, from 6.30pm to 8.30pm on Tuesday.
Top of the agenda will be a presentation celebrating Sheffield’s partnership with the Peak District National Park Authority, given by the authority’s chairman, Coun Tony Favell.
He will discuss work to manage and enhance moorlands and the village officer scheme to help rural areas of Sheffield on the fringes of the park.
After the presentation, there will updates on use of Speed Indicator Devices and reports about local petitions.
