Artists from across South Yorkshire are being invited to show their work to the world as part of the Rotherham Open Art Exhibition.
The event starts on October 14 and will display work from professionals and amateurs.
Entries are open to artists aged 17 and over who can enter up to two original works – watercolours, drawings, prints, photography and sculptures – with those chosen displayed in Rotherham’s Gallery@Riverside
Coun Amy Rushforth said: “We’re expecting hundreds of works of art.”
