Thee men arrested following a far-right protest in Rotherham have been released on police bail.

Two Rotherham men, aged 25 and 48, were arrested on suspicion of assault and the third, also from the town, was arrested for a racially aggravated public order offence after violence flared on Wellgate.

Around 150 members of Britain First marched through Rotherham on Saturday and a counter protest organised by Unite Against Fascism was held at the same time.
