Sheffield nutritionist Hannah Bailey has just brought out a new book on family health.

Hannah, who runs Wise Choice Nutrition and has a regular column on these pages, has just published 54 Ways to Keep Your Family Healthy, pictured below.

She said that the book gives easy to follow advice for busy people.

She added: “We all lead busy lives and are short on time but our health doesn’t have to suffer. There are cheap or free ways to improve your health that don’t require lots of time.

“The book shows you how to make small changes over a period of time. This is known to be one of the most successful ways of making lifestyle healthier and can be adopted by the whole family.”

The book is available from Amazon, Waterstones or from Hannah directly.

Hannah says she is passionate about helping people achieve good health without resorting to dieting and medication or supplements. She focuses on working with the whole family to ensure everyone is fit and healthy.

She sees individual clients for advice on a range of health issues and also runs The Real Food Club at Hallam FC, Crosspool on Wednesday nights at 8.15pm. She said: “Learn how to ditch the diet for good!”
