A therapy service is hoping its move to more central premises will make it even easier for people suffering with anxiety or depression to access help.
Rotherham Improving Access to Psychological Therapies Service will move from its current base at Nine Tree to 23a Clifton Lane, near the town centre.
Service Manager Jim MacDonald said: “This is a really positive move for our patients in Rotherham.
“Until now we’ve operated from an office base and held all our clinics in GP surgeries. Our new building will allow us to offer therapy on site, giving patients more choice as to where and when they have their appointment, as well as extending our group programme, to help more people tackle stress, anxiety, bereavement and self-esteem.”
