My sincere appreciation to everyone who provided exceptional assistance to my mother during the recent severe bad weather period.
Due to a heating malfunction several water pipes froze and burst flooding her property while she was attending Foxwood Resource Centre on Ridgeway Road, for a period of respite care. Kier staff promptly carried out repairs and provided equipment to assist in the drying out process. Social Services arranged for immediate extension of the respite accommodation for mum.
Foxwood Resource Centre provided a secure and friendly environment. What a shame it is about to be lost.
Without all these people's help, a difficult situation would have been near impossible.
