Tell the police their priorities

Have your say

PEOPLE living in Hathersage and the Hope Valley are being asked to suggest priorities for their local police.

The Safer Neighbourhood policing teams which cover villages and rural areas across the area are holding their quarterly meetings in the next fortnight.

The teams say it is a chance for residents to raise any concerns and find out what issues officers have been targeting in recent months.

People living in Hathersage, Calver, Curbar, Frogatt and the surrounding area are invited to attend the meeting at Bradwell community police office, Netherside, tomorrow at 6pm.

For residents in Castleton, Hope, Edale, Bamford and Derwent, the meeting is at 11am on Wednesday, December 21, at Hope Clinic on Eccles Road, Hope.
