HISTORY buffs can discover details of South Yorkshire’s past during a talk from a local expert.
The Garden Building at Clifton Park, in Rotherham, is the location for the event on Monday, January 21, between 12noon and 2.30pm.
There will be lunch at midday, followed by a talk from enthusiast Ann Key about the Manor of Aston.
Entry costs £1.50 for visitors and £1 for Friends of Clifton Park Museum.
A spokesman for the organisers said: “We hold the talk every month, which is a chance for people to get together and hear about an interesting subject. Places for this month’s talk must be booked in advance.”
