A survey by Stagecoach Yorkshire has revealed unprecedented customer satisfaction levels.
The survey was conducted on board SupertramLink’s SL1, SL2 and SL3 bus services in Sheffield, which have been introducing progressively since 2007 to provide a connection between the Supertram and outlying suburbs.
Of 750 passengers asked to rate their satisfaction using the service against how they previously travelled, almost 100 per cent of [passengers on the SL3 said they would recommend the service to a friend.
The survery also revealed more than 90 per cent of passenger on the SL3 use the service to access the Supertram at Crystal Peaks.
More than 85 per cent of passengers across the three services were either satisfied or very satisfied with the frequency of the service, and the majority of passengers said the cleanliness of the bus, positive driver attitude and the amount of information available to them added to the experience of travelling on the bus.
