Supertram managers will get on board Sheffield trams next week - giving customers the chance to provide feedback on their services.
Bosses at Stagecoach Supertram will travel around the network, answering customer queries and providing information to passengers .
It comes as the company takes part in national customer service week, from Monday until Sunday, October 7.
Staff will invite passengers to complete Supertram’s customer service super survey which asks customers to provide feedback and suggest improvements.
Participants can win a pair of first-class rail tickets to London or a month’s free tram travel.
