PLANS for a major new student housing project have been submitted to council chiefs.
Design company Coda Studios has submitted plans to Sheffield Council for the development of the brownfield site at Dun Street, Kelham Island.
The £2 million plus Dun Fields project would see the building of 18 student houses, creating 84 bedrooms on the land.
“We firmly believe this project will add greatly to the regeneration of Kelham Island and enhance its reputation as the place to be in Sheffield,” said Coda managing director David Cross.
