A BAREFOOT runner is teaching others his unusual technique this weekend.
People can stride out without shoes as local actor Steve Loader leads a session which culminates in a short barefoot run in Endcliffe Park, Sheffield, on Saturday March 24.
They will be shown how to pound the pavements barefoot by Steve, aged 30, who is training for the London Marathon and raising cash for the World Wildlife Fund.
Only heavy rain will cancel the event, which is suitable for all.
To take part meet at the Queen Victoria statue by the Hunters Bar entrance to the park from 10am.
Runners are urged to pay an amount they can afford with all proceeds to the World Wildlife Fund.
For more details call Steve on 07966 692 062.
