Stagecoach comes tops for customer satisfaction
Stagecoach is driving customer satisfaction in several key areas of bus travel, according to a national survey by a transport watchdog.
The leading local bus operator has ranked highly in South Yorkshire with an overall passenger satisfaction rate of 89 per cent in the Transport Focus Survey – four per cent higher than the regional average.
The independent transport user watchdog consulted passengers throughout England to produce the Bus Passenger Transport Focus Survey.
