Wildlife lovers are being encouraged to spend a night under the stars to find out about the creatures in their homes.

The RSPB’s Big Wild Sleepout, from June 16-22, will see South Yorkshire residents raise money to protect the wildlife that live in their gardens.

Residents can also join an organised camp at RSPB Old Moor, in Dearne Valley, on June 21, featuring bat walks and mammal tracking. To book a place call 01226 751593 or email old.moor@rspb.org.uk.
