Two of South Yorkshire’s most senior ranking female police officers visited the county’s largest Women’s Institute group to give a talk about their careers in the police force.

Seven Hills WI, which was set up five years ago and has members from 23 to 56 years old, met Chief Superintendent Rachel Barber and Chief Inspector Caroline Rollitt.

Seven Hills WI president Lindsay Garfitt said: “We have got lots of fun activities planned.”
