A South Yorkshire glazing entrepreneur is putting himself in the frame for pain as he prepares to take on a gruelling triathlon for charity.

Ian Chester, managing director of Yorkshire Windows, will line up for the Columbia Threadneedle World Triathlon in Leeds this June in aid of the Crookstone Adventure Trust, which provides activities for young people in the Peak District.

Ian, who lives in Rotherham, completed his first triathlon at last year's event but says racing this year in aid of such a great cause will give him 'extra incentive to beat the pain' as he seeks to beat his time of three hours and 30 minutes.
