Overnight they dealt with a hollowed out tree stump set alight in Abbey Lane, Lundwood, Barnsley and a car was torched in Mill Lane, Treeton, Rotherham, last night.

Yesterday afternoon a Ford Fiesta was set alight in Droppingwell Road, Kimberworth, Rotherham.

On Saturday night three wheelie bins were fired in Bassledene Road, Woodthorpe, Sheffield and a garden fire was started deliberately in Neville Avenue, Kendray, Barnsley.

Firefighters dealt with a car torched in Homestead Road, Firth Park, Sheffield, on Friday night.
