A street parade through Rotherham will be held to mark Armed Forces Day.
There will be a parade through the town on Saturday, from 11.25am, involving serving armed forces personnel and veterans of the Royal Navy, Army Royal Air Force, as well as the cadet force youth organisations.
The South Yorkshire Police Band will be leading the parade, which will include members of the Territorial Army, Air Training Corps, Army Cadets, Sea Cadets and Police Cadets.
To add to the parade, there will be a range of stalls from a variety of military charities and organisations offering information and advice, as well as a One Town One Community stall to help celebrate diversity in the borough.
Entertainment will be provided by Rother FM, and the Gillian Banks Theatre School will be there throughout the day performing a variety of music through the decades, for all tastes and ages.
A parade is also taking place in Sheffield city centre the same day, and will be followed by dancing in the Peace Gardens.
