Another action-packed year of sport in the town was commemorated in style at last week’s Doncaster Free Press Sports Awards.

The fifth annual awards ceremony saw hundreds of guests descend upon the Keepmoat Stadium to honour Doncaster’s high achievers, rising stars and unsung heroes.

Four-time Olympian Sarah Stevenson returned home to co-host the awards alongside Free Press sports writer Paul Goodwin.
