PHONE Ian Cocker’s Engineering firm in Attercliffe – because you can!

His line is working for the first time in seven weeks after it was hijacked and then cut off by Sky.

Ian says the phone’s been ringing and his precision machining company is ‘manic’, which is a huge relief.

But how much business did he lose in all those long frustrating cut-off weeks? And what about the aeons he spent on the blower trying to sort it all out?

Ian says he has come up with a figure and lodged a claim for compensation.

He said: “I really appreciate Action Desk’s efforts. It’s great to be back. I’ve also got my broadband back so it’s all systems go for the first time in nearly two months.”

His number is 0114 2730400.

A Sky spokesman said the legal team would send a letter requesting further information before a decision could be made.

Mr Cocker is back with his old telecoms supplier Opal.
