Sisters killed in horror Creswell crash named

TWO young sisters who died in a head-on car crash have been named by police today.

Chantelle Keywood, five, and 22-month-old Yleina were killed when the car they were travelling in was in collision with another in Creswell, near Bolsover.

Their mother, 29, who was driving a Peugoet 106 and seven-year-old sister were taken to hospital with minor injuries.

The family is from Carlton-in-Lindrick, Worksop.

A police investigation into the collision, which happened around 4.45pm on Monday on the B6042 Crags Road in Creswell, is continuing today.

The Peugeot was being driven towards the A60 and a Citroen towards Creswell when the collision happened.

A 23-year-old woman who was driving the Citroen, from Worksop, sustained an arm injury.
