Shoppers get Full Monty

THE cast of musical The Full Monty will be teasing shoppers with a guest appearance at Meadowhall shopping centre tomorrow evening.

The tale of six unemployed steelworkers who become male strippers to make ends meet first opened as a musical in 2000, and is running at Sheffield City Hall from next Tuesday to Saturday.

Set in Sheffield in the 1998 film, the action has been transferred to Buffalo, New York, for the stage show.

Richard Pinfold, Meadowhall's marketing director, said the short performance will be "family-friendly" and will "leave shoppers wanting more".

The cast will be in the Oasis Food Court at 6pm.

To book tickets for the City Hall show visit www.sheffieldcityhall.co.uk or call 0114 278 9789.
