A young Sheffield Wednesday fan has been given the seal of approval by Owls star Daniel Pudil - after the footballer signed a drawing the youngster had done of him after spotting it on Facebook.
Owls mad Dylan Batty drew a picture of Pudil as part of a school project - and proud mum Sarah shared it on Facebook where it was spotted by the Czech defender.
Sarah, 30, said: "I posted it on his official page and his lovely wife contacted me and said if I sent the pics he would sign them.
"It is an absolutely beautiful thing to do for him as people know he really struggles at school."
Dylan, five, who has severe speech and language problems and complex special needs is a regular at Hillsborough has yet to discover that the 31-year-old has added his autograph to his pictures, with the package only arriving in the post this morning while he was at school.
Added Sarah: "I'm so over the moon for Dylan, he's going to be so so so so happy after school!"
The youngster, attends Oakhill Primary School in Ardsley, Barnsley, a special school for children with special needs.
Said Sarah: "Football really helps him and Wednesday is his life. Daniel is one of his favourites as well as Forestieri and Bannan.
"I wanted to share how proud I am of him because he really struggles with school and academically and show him that hard work pays off."
Dylan, his brothers Hudson, two, Cameron, 12 and sister Amelia, nine are all season ticket holders at Hillsborough and have met several of the club's players before games this season.
