Tramlines has chosen the Sheffield Royal Society for the Blind as its 2015 charity.

SRSB, based on Mappin Street, supports more than 3,300 blind and partially sighted people in the city.

Kate Hewett, from Tramlines, said: “As well as fundraising across the site, as in previous years, we’ll also be producing audio guides to the festival for blind and partially-sighted festival-goers.

“SRSB are there to support the visually impaired, help them regain their confidence and adjust to a new way of life.”
